Simplified Systems was created in 2007 to fulfill an overwhelming need for someone to support existing Right Track Solutions clients. Mark Alspaugh was a Senior Programmer for Right Track for many years, and he seemed a perfect fit to fill this need. With the lack of quality music administration software to meet the industries needs and changing technologies we shifted gears and developed an application for the music publisher.

We are a company made up of dedicated and caring people who have been servicing the music community for over 15 years. Mark Alspaugh has been helping the same client base via RTS and PLX since 1998. Since Mark started the company he has strengthened his experienced team with key industry professionals. One of his key team members is Nicole Wilkins who has not only processed publishing royalties for 15 years, but also has experience in data migration, report writing and client support. Nicole was also one of the original trainers and user support for RTS. With all of our strengths combined we are able to provide a powerful application and service that is better than the rest.

We are base in Southern California but also have an office in Delaware. We have clients in New York, Los Angles, Nashville, Delaware, Florida, Texas and Canada. If you were to ask any of our clients what makes us different than another software company is that we become part of their team. We feel like we are employed by all our clients. We don't want to just sell you software we want to be hired us as part of the team.
